Joshua Shadpour, Esq’s primary practice areas are real estate transactions, business formation and contract negotiations and drafting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Irvine. He then attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, and received his J.D. in 2011 with a concentration in business regulation and real estate transactions.
After practicing as a commercial litigator for five years, Joshua switched gears and went to work in-house for a successful real estate developer in Los Angeles, where he acted both as in-house counsel and as an associate engaged in all aspects of the real estate development process. He has experience in a variety of real estate and other business transactions from the perspectives of the attorney, the investor, the business owner and the developer, uniquely positioning him to help clients achieve their goals.
